Oct. 2010: Auto accident jury awards injured driver $175,000.00.  Keith Short received a jury verdict for a client injured while swerving his car to avoid the defendants’ horses.

May, 2010:  Workers’ Compensation case settles for $500,000.00:  Keith Short settled an Illinois workers’ compensation case proving his client’s Parkinson’s Disease was caused or aggravated by his exposure to welding fumes on the job.  Research suggests this is the first time Parkinson’s Disease was tied to employment exposure.  This settlement was in addition to a separate fund for future medical expenses.
